In this powerful 5 week course, you will learn how to deal with life’s greatest challenges such as anxiety, depression, fear, grief and loss … and learn how to reach your greatest potential through meeting your own needs and living a life of purpose, connection and meaning.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Everyone and anyone. All ages. Mindfulness and self-compassion can be learned by anyone. No experience is necessary.
The practise of mindfulness and compassion allows us to make healthy changes and face new challenges with greater success.
By learning simple tools you will cultivate more self-acceptance, change your critical self-talk and develop emotional strength and resilience.
You will walk away from each session with exciting new ideas and cutting edge techniques to achieve greater self-awareness and coping skills.

  • how to stop being so hard on ourselves

  • how to handle difficult emotions
